• Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before arrival. To ensure a thorough clean, any loose items left on the floorboards or seats will be considered debris and discarded.

• Child Safety Seats: Please remove all car seats prior to your appointment. For safety and liability reasons, our team does not remove or re-install children's safety seats.

• Incidents & Inspections: Please inspect your vehicle before taking delivery. Any concerns or incidents must be reported before leaving the premises.

• Drying Time & Care: If your service includes a carpet or upholstery shampoo, we highly recommend airing out the vehicle afterward to assist with the drying process. Please note: Snell Auto Wash is not liable for mold or any issues that may occur if the vehicle is not dried out properly.

• Pre-Existing Damage: Snell Auto Wash is not responsible for any pre-existing damage.

• Biohazards & Heavily Soiled Vehicles: Vehicles containing excessive pet hair, or bodily fluids may be subject to an additional hazardous cleaning fee. Excessively soiled vehicles may require additional time or pricing adjustment. We reserve the right to refuse service for any vehicle deemed a health risk to our staff.
